SOURCE: LOAD IT

On this model, there should be a spring on the arm. Compress the spring and put the staples in. When you close it, the metal part on the end of the spring holds the staples tight.

SOURCE: staple gun

Open the chamber and drop the staples upright in to the chamber do not try to load the staples by placing them on the strip that pulls out as you do with most staple guns.

SOURCE: refilling the staple gun

The staples do not go on the bar you pull back but directly into the bottom once you have pulled the bar back. I was trying to put the staples on the bar at the back and push them into the stapler.

SOURCE: How to load Arrow T25 Staple Gun

at the back end of the handle, there is a retainer spring loaded clip. Push it in, then push it downward toward the base of the stapler, the clip should then release the spring, pull the rod with the spring completely out, slide a row of staple in where the rod came out, ONLY ONE ROW, then insert the rod with the spring back in and push it firmly in, and lift it upward to engage the lock. and fire away... Hope this gets your working

I have the Arrow CT50 stapler, it won't drive the staple, light works makes a sound like it wants to drive staple but don't. I have adjusted the power to all the way + and the battery shows 4 green lights....

It sounds like the battery is failing low battery voltage equals loss of power. The batteries used in this type of tool are the cheapest ones out there to keep the cost of the tool low, and have a very short lifespan, it is not the number of times used but how old they are that is the main factor

My t 50 does not shoot staples although chamber is loaded

Hi, Dayne here
Well, it might sound too easy, but did you check for jambed staples. I also lightly oil all mine. Sometimes the actual plunger that drives the staple will break internally.
Thanks

The info on the gun says it will shoot many different staples, but it will only take 3/8 staples and I need to use 1/2 staples to do the job.

The T50P stapler uses T50 staples of various lengths, including 3/8, 7/16, and 1/2. Is it possible that the 1/2 inch staples you are trying to use are not T50? All T50 staples are the same width and should fit your stapler. There are several other widths of staples that are not T50, although T50 is the most common.

The jt 21 is that little red one, I have one in my shooting box, only takes the jt staples, and operates just like any staple gun. Feed it from the back.

The door at the back of the staple gun won't close

You have too many staples in the gun. Chances are it was not shooting staples so you put more in. (Only holds 1 strip as if new from box) Check for a jam. Sometimes this keeps more staples from advancing. Please rate
