Question about Washing Machines
What is the model number of your machine? Have you checked the water valve to assure that both sides of the valve are working if they are not then you would either only be getting hot of cold into the machine also have you checked the pressure switch which tells the machine how much water its supposed to have in it to wash if the switch is stuck down then you would have low water inside your machine please message me back with model number and your finds while inspecting your machine with the model number i can also send you a schematic diagram of your machine as well if you have any other questions please message me back and please remember when our chat is concluded to rank how this opinion has helped thanks again Rick

Low water level is due to faulty float switch or siphoning issue with your washer. This may occur if air is trapped. This may also happens when the drain hose is not correctly installed and drain water is flowing back in the washer. You would need to check the drain hose, fill hose and float switch assembly to figure out the exact fault location. Hope this helps... Please post back with model# if you need more information.
