Sounds like a serial connection problem or glitch in the c.c.u.,first try removing power to the unit for 5 to 10 minutes to clear the memory on the c.c.u.,if this doesn't resolve the issue you may need to replace this board you can power it down by unplugging at the wall or if not easily accessible,then at the power panels breaker or fuse
