Yes it might be fixable. Try restoring it, plug your iPod into your computer and open iTunes. select your device in iTunes, and under the picture of your iPod model there should be a button that says "Restore," click it. It may take a few minutes to restore.
Hope this helps!

How do i play movies on my i pod

We picked up an iPod Photo the other day, and most observers have asked us "Can that thing play movies?" The short answer is no, only music and photos-but the longer answer is "sorta, but not really anything worth calling a movie". In this week's how-to we'll show you how to "play" a movie on an iPod Photo by exporting frames of a movie, importing them to the iPod and playing them manually by click-wheeling through thousands of images, or even viewing 3d views of objects. Pointless? Yes. Will a lot of people try this and put movie trailers and **** on their iPod Photo.

IPod nano 3g video problem

I believe that something is wrong with the video file you are playing.
remove it from your ipod and try reloading it again.
it sounds like maybe a format problem or just a damaged file.

Video but no sound on my 30 GB video ipod

this sounds odd but do you have your headset (earplugs) plugged in? or is the devise plugged into a player with speakers? If so then try to turn up the volume with the wheel by going clockwise.
