Plz help cant access my facebook it keeps requesting 4 password tried 2 change it but stil no change it says account not avaliable temporaily

You need an email to register with Facebook. If you do not have access to your email address then try to recover it.

Also when clicking 'forgotten password' on the Facebook site review your options available to you such as having 2 factor authentication or a mobile recovery number.

Check the capslock on your keyboard, once the capslock is on you cannot access your facebook account...

If you forgot your Facebook password, you just click the forgot password? then facebook will reset your password and send it to your email account.

You may send password request to both gmail and facebook. follow the steps to get new password

1. don't click on any more unsolicited emails regarding resetting passwords. THat is how your pwd and account gets hijacked.

if you cant access your facebook account. the problem would be, your password has been changed or not. the only solution i can see about this would be trying to contact facebook itself.

have you tried lost password recovery? also someone may have accessed your account and changed your password. might want to do a lost password request and see if it helps any.
