Question about Cell Phones
If ur phone is acting like it is frozen, you can reset it. while the phone is powered on, remove the battery. then replace and power on. there is also a reset button found on the device, usually up by the antenna or behind the battery, but u can check the manual for the location if you cannot find it. try both of those, if u keep getting the same problem, phone should be replaced
