Question about ASUS Eee PC 1005HA-PU1X-BK Netbook

Hi, my daughter has a netbook that was for xmas so is very new, when it is turned on it freezes at the blue welcome page. If anyone can help i would very much appreciate it, as she is a twin and her sisters is working fine, so causing alot of problems!!!!!!!!!!!!!! regards Cheryl #

The cause of that annomoly could be many things from finger trouble to a fault in the file system.
As it is so new, I would take it back to the shop for them to either replace it if it is faulty or show you it working.

Hi there hope u can help, my daughter got a toshiba nb250 for xmas and it wont start up


I'm not sure but it may just be a battery problem. maybe you can try to plug it to electricity for some while to charge the battery.

Otherwise the battery may be dead and needs to be replaced.

Also try to have the internal battery checked.

I have just brought a netbook from ebay for my daughter for xmas and when i tried it yesterday it was working fine but today it not connecting to the interenet the wifi is on but i keep getting cant...


Unplug the router for 20 seconds, then plug it back in..
Routers get stuck every now and then.

I have netbook Asus Eee and id freezes at "welcome" from windows.


go into safe mode and do a system restore to an earlier date ie: the last date it was working ok.

Have no discs to reboot system


Xp was corrupt and had to be rebooted useing a new Xp disk, Also Hard Drive was not formatted correctly Needed new Hard Drive.

RLA30 Fridge freezing food on lowest setting


From the symptoms ,I would recommend that you have a new thermostat fitted.
This is the cheapest option., fig's do not go wrong that often
