What does alternate red and green flashing lights means

Alternate Red and Green flashing means bad battery. Buy a new one, or take it to a Makita Service center for replacement if it's under warranty.

Normally the yellow light indicates hot battery, but it could also mean dirty battery contacts so the heat sensor can't be read, or that the fan is clogged with dust and unable to cool the battery. The manual says let the battery cool and try again. If the yellow still flashes, it's contacts or the fan.

Is the battery hot or cold??? either temp. extreme will do that...

otherwise the battery is shorted internally and so the charger will not charge it...the battery will need to be replaced.

hi, all lights the first and important battery light this shows RED when the alternator NOT carging:
the oil light shows ORANGE LOW on oil:
the engine managment light shows when engine sensors detect faults shaped like an engine ORANGE light
head main beam BLUE when ON MAIN BEAM
indicator FLASHING GREEN light
hazard warning RED light
brake fluid low light RED looks like this ( )
brake handbrake ON RED light looks like this ( )
side light GREEN looks like a star
most of the important lights are RED or ORONGE gerry

on my charger (DC18SC) alternating red and green dual flashes mean a defective battery.

Flashing alternately mean waste pad full. Reset using SSC utility or Adjusment program/resetter. But, you must replace cartridge before. Turn off printer, unlock carriage lock (left side of carriage at parking position). Move carriage by hand to replacement position. Replace ink tank. Reset using the resetter.

is both light flashing alternately? if yes, it means you need to replace the waste ink pad and reset the waste ink counter...

Either something freaky is happening to your Xbox, or you have the "red ring of death" which mean you'll have to take it to get repaired.

try to reset the printer by opeing the front cover and close it again.

try to rest the printer by opening the front cover (not the paper tray) and closing it again.

Only Solution is Re-burn printer firmware.
