Hi munroj, i am happy to assist you, 1st go to control panel -> add and remove softer -> remove all the unwanted software you have installed in your system then do 2nd process.
Control Panel >> System > Device Manager
Go to Imaging Devices and right-click "your webcam name" and choose "Update Driver Software"
try this surely your web cam work properly like before
