a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

that means your lamp it is getting to the end of its life.
sometimes even if the lamp still good the TV will send you that message because that timer is closed to 5000 hours
What you can do is open the lamp door, closed again and the tv will ask you if you replaced it the lamp, and just say yes and that sign will go away
or just simple replace the lamp. 915P020010

I have seen alot of the Mitsubishi DLPs to get very dim and the colors appear dull and the cause was almost always caused by the small front mirror needing to be cleaned due to a dust build up. If you need assistance with how to access the mirror on that model send me a email and I will send you info on how to access the mirror. The file is too large to post here. firstname.lastname@example.org
