Try turning up your volume and making sure it's not on mute. If this doesn't work, open your start menu and click control panel. Click Sounds, Speech and Audio Devices. Go into adjust the system volume. Make sure all your sound is up to the highest. it should all be working after that. If it continues to give you hassle contact the Acer Tech support help line at:

I hope this helped! Good Luck :)

Maybe the microphone is not yet set. You could go to control panel, and go to speech and recognition. From there, follow the simple instructions to set up your microphone. If it does the same thing, the microphone/integrated mic is bad.

I for 1 don't know. But try to go to www.Turtle Beach.com they can help you out. I have Turtle Beach Ear Force XC1 and my mic I can talk but I can't hear anything but if your mic isn't working properly try using a different controller. If that doesn't help try getting a brand new mic.

People can't hear me!

There is no problem with your handset ....This problem is due to the loose contact by the mic ...
if you are good at opening the handset then just open the handset and then have a check near the mic ....
then try reconnecting everything .......

if problem persists then replace the mic with the new piece ...
the mic too much cheap to purchase .... but while purchasing just tell your handset model and take the compatible mic .........

after replacing there will be no problem at all from any end .......
your set is fine ... you dont have to worry too much ...
just spend a very very little money to take a new mic and replace it..
if you are not good at opening then just visit the technician ..........

any doubts reply me
i am always here to assist you
thank you
bye
Dnt forget to rate the solution .............
