Question about Matsunichi Televison & Video

Open Question

Hi I have a Matsunichi MTL300HS TV. My son is trying to play an xbox 360 gam that requires him to switch to Pal60 - however when he does this on the xbox, the screen goes flickery. I cannot seem to find any bottons on the TV that will allow me to switch it to Pal 60. Is it possible to run this TV on Pal 60?

SOURCE: I have freestanding Series 8 dishwasher. Lately during the filling cycle water hammer is occurring. How can this be resolved

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

SOURCE: xbox 360 hookup problem

Check the video cable coming out of the xbox, depending on which model xbox it is (arcade, pro, elite etc.) it will most likely have both component cables - green, blue and red or RCA cables - Yellow, red and white. It sounds as if your JVC would only be able to run RCA cables (due to its age) so use the yellow cable for video and white and red (or just white if you only have a yellow and white input) and then make sure the switch located on the cable is switched to "standard" and not "hi definition" hope it helps. aus_joel@hotmail.com -if you have any further problems

SOURCE: Tevion tv won't display normal colours on PAL 60 setting

Look behind of the TV for trim adjust potentiometers. If there are any of them, you shall open your tv's backcase, look for Crominance trim and adjust it manually. If you have no electronics knowledge, i wouldn't not recommend do it "for pratice", you may distroy the TV, end in the hospital, or into a coffin.

SOURCE: I bought a Westinghouse 26

I would recommend to call the Westinghouse customer service since you are at least close to the year warranty, their number is 1800-701-0680, other than that the only thing you can do is to do a factory reset by going in to the menu, go under the settings tab, and it will be the last option.

My xbox reads dvd but i canot play gams

Hi, When I had that happen I found banging on the top of the console, when the console is horizontal, would get it to read games since it tends to be a problem with the laser although that will stop working over time. In that case it's best to get a new xbox.

Game will not play as it requires pal50 to pal60

The region locking on the game doesn't match your console. For example, you have a USA 360 and a European version of the game. There's no fix for this, so you'll need to buy a copy of the game that is compatible with the region of your 360. Hope that makes sense...

My tv runs on pal50 but some games on xbox360 run on pal60 , how do i play these games on my tv

Standard definition TVs loadTOCNode(2, 'moreinformation'); If you connect your Xbox 360 console to a standard definition TV, follow these steps to set the Xbox 360 display settings to PAL 60 Hz:
  1. Turn on the Xbox 360 console.
  2. In the Xbox Dashboard, select System, and then press the A button.
  3. Select Console Settings, and then press the A button.
  4. Select Display, and then press the A button.
  5. Select PAL settings, and then press the A button.
  6. Select PAL-60, and then press the A button.
  7. When you are prompted to keep these new settings, confirm the settings, and then press the A button.
Note Some older TVs do not support PAL 60 Hz. If you do not know whether your TV supports PAL 60 Hz, contact the manufacturer of your TV or see the owner's manual.

Dose not show on screen anymore. son said he was asked to change something. he did. cant play anymore.Must be some setting that was changed. Cant get it to show on T.V. TV says unsupported format. HELP

Not sure what you are talking about, this is a bit vague..... try this, on the back of the xbox there is a switch on the plug that goes to the TV, if the TV is not HI-DEF and you are using just the red + white + yellow plugs, then switch to TV, if your using the red + white + blue + green + red then switch to HDTV.
Your Son could have also switched a setting on the dashboard to use HI-DEF, if he did, maybe switching back the TV mode on the TV out plug may correct the issue.
Kids love to play with things! lol...

Did you try using a cd lens cleaner in the XBox 360 dvd drive? Check the cds that they are not scratched, and you could have your son try the discs in another XBox 360.
