Question about Olympus Cameras
Go to control panel ..remove software ...and remove the program completely from your computer ...Just to be sure it is removed..get to the program files into the C drive and in there look for the folder named with the aplication name of the camera name ..and delete completely cause sometimes settings and plug-ins remain in there ..After that ..insert the disk with the original software and driver ..and install it again ..After that will work ...
This problem is very common cause they use same driver for close released models ..and when they fix an issue in one model ..usually mess with other using the same software ..or ..for a incompatibility reason ..it didn't installed that file ..and the actual update may be working after all if reinstalled...but...I alway go for the original driver ....
