Reinstall the bluetooth driver from the control panel and reinstall the bluetooth driver from the driver CD/DVD. this will solve ur problems.

OR, Open the Device Manager and there you will find a option namely NETWORK ADAPTERS. click on it and uninstall the Bluetooth Device (RFCOMM Protocol TDI) and then install from the same place and same way.

thenk you

I would delete it. There are many FREE programs that will do the same, better. Start with two freeware programs, 1, CCLEANER, 2, MALWAREBYTES, found at : http://www.filehippo.com/ Beware of the ALL-IN-ONE, fix your computer FREE scans. Most are Scams. Make sure ALL your Windows and Computer Updates are Up-To-Date, as well as your Anti Virus software.

I cannot install bluetooth drivers. on every attempt it shows that no bluetooth device found. when i go 2 lenovo care he said i cant help u for this problem. i had done a lot 2 solve this problem but i can...

Plug your Bluetooth device into your computer's USB port. You will need your device in place when you install the software so that the hardware and software registry can form necessary links.
Step 2Insert the software CD into your computer's CD drive. If an installation window does not automatically pop up, go to the "My computer" section of your computer and click on the CD icon. You may need to look for a file called Setup.exe.
Step 3Follow the prompts to install the software. You will have to identify yourself and will probably have to type in a registry key from the box that the Bluetooth software came in. You will also have to select a folder on your computer to house the new program; the default is usually OK.
Step 4Wait for all the necessary components to finish installing. Once done, click the finish button and then restart your computer. Once your computer has been rebooted, launch the software and ensure that it is working properly with your Bluetooth device.

Cant work bluetooth

Hello,

The first thing that I would advise you to do is,

Uninstall the bluetooth Adapter totally from the System first,

(For WIndows XP)
Right-Click on my computer Icon, Properties-->Hardware-->Device Manager,

select the bluetooth Adapter under network adapters, and right click on it, then select uninstall

Next, Click on Action on that Same page, and select "scan for hardware changes",

This will bring up a prompt to install the new hardware found (Which is your bluetooth Adapter).

(For WIndows Vista)
Right-Click on my computer Icon, go to

Properties-->>Device Manager, select the bluetooth Adapter under network adapters, and right click on it, then select uninstall

Next, Click on Action on that Same page, and select "scan for hardware changes",

This will also bring up a prompt to install the new hardware found (Which is your bluetooth Adapter).

After this, Press your bluetooth button on the system and ensure that it is On, then Scan for bluetooth devices.

It should connect like that.

Try this out and kindly let me know how it goes,

Hope this helps.

Thank you for using Fixya.

Bluetooth problem

hi thanks for using fixya!!

That is weird, I never encountered that problem before. But try this option, go to your Start Menu, Settings, Connections, then tap Bluetooth, make sure that you tick the box "Make this device visible to other devices"
Then, tap Beam, tick the "receive all incoming beams"

If the same problem, better to master clear your device, to restore factory defaults.

But if still happening, perhaps you have a problem with the software, better to bring up your PDA to a service center to check the software itself.

Hope it helps, if you need futher assistance, let me know.

Pls rate me positively! thanks!

No System Tray Blue Tooth Icon

The GBU321 installation software that comes with the CD was the problem. Called their tech service who made me uninstall the BlueTooth Drivers that the CD and Windows 2000 installed first, and then "directly" download and install the BROADCOM drivers. The adapter works very well now. Thanks.
