I downloaded and installed thunderbird and Eudora OSE. It had about 5 inboxes. I did receive 2 emails but they were not in the same inbox that had been imported from 7.1. When I closed OSE and opened it again the emails I had received were gone. I thought that I may have done something wrong so I deleted OSE and reinstalled it. I got no choices it just installed exactly as before. The display is a mess. I did send an email. Can I completely uninstall OSE.

    I have installed Revo Uninstaller Pro.
    I can not follow the procedure required to operate Revo Uinstaller Pro.

    Believe me, I can not uninstall Eudora OSE completely.
    I suggest you try it yourself.
    Install it yourself.
    Delete it any way you chose.
    Then re-install it.
    You get no choices, it just re-installs as it had the first time.

My advise is to get rid of it ..and try outlook express if you really need an email client ..if not ..jst use the email service directly on the web page ...
to uninstall it completely (for windows) just get to control panel ..add remove software ...and in there select it from the list and click uninstall It will remove it completely..
if you are on mac ..just delete the folder from the applications..drag it to the trash ...or get the AppDelete software ..and use it to remove any unwanted application ..completely

It depends on your mail program.

Outlook online (using your bowser) only allows you to select messages per page, so you can only delete a maximum of one page at a time.

Thunderbird (running on your pc) The whole inbox is available to be deleted in one go.
Using the command Control+a (select ALL), you can then delete all the mail in the inbox in one go, by hitting the delete key.

Most offline mail prrograms act like Thunderbird.
But the mail program needs to update the mail server on line, so this might take some time, to synchronise the offline inbox with the online inbox.

Not able to receive or send emails. No place on Screen for it!


Hi,
Check your Junk folder
1. Sign in to Outlook.com account.
2. Click on Junk on the left pane.
3. Check to see if the missing mail is in this folder.
4. If you see any messages that should have been delivered to the Inbox, click the Not Junk.
Check your Blocked sender list
1. From your Inbox, click the cog icon.
2. Select More Mail Options .
3. Under "Preventing junk email", click Safe and blocked senders.
4. Click Blocked senders.
5. In the Blocked senders list, select the name or domain (the part of an e-mail address that follows the @ sign, such as outlook.com) that you want to receive emails from.
6. Click << Remove from list.
Add the email address to your Safe senders list
1. From your Inbox, click the cog icon .
2. Select More Mail Options .
3. Under "Preventing junk email", click Safe and blocked senders.
4. Click Safe Senders.
5. In the text box, type in the email address or domain you'd like to always receive emails from.
6. Click Add to list >>.
Check your Email Rules
1. From your Inbox, click the cog icon.
2. Select More Mail Options .
3. Click Rules for sorting new messages under "Customizing Outlook".
2. Perform one of the actions as per your requirement:
Click Edit next to the rule that you want to edit.
Or
Choose the rule that you want to delete and click Delete.
Note: Not all international characters are supported as filters.
Check your Junk Mail Settings
1. From your Inbox, click the cog icon.

3. Under "Preventing junk email", click Filters and reporting.
3. Under "Choose a junk e-mail filter", choose the level of protection that you want, and then click Save. To go back to your inbox, click Outlook on the top left portion of the screen.
Check your Reply-to address
1. From your Inbox, click the cog icon.
2. Select More Mail Options .
3. Under "Writing email", click Reply-to address.
2. Select the radion button beside Current e-mail address.
3. Click Save.

You are not clear what is eject problems. Just i gas and share, i hope solved your problems.

I use yahoo mail, and when I was checking my e-mails this morning I realized that all my previous e-mails in my inbox has gone. I haven't done any adjustment or delete them by accident


unfortunately this happens from time to time, you need to contact yahoo support but they will only look for emails that have disappeared within the last 2 days. they've lost my emails covering a 4 year period!! use a mail program like thunderbird to download the emails to your pc - note: only the inbox is downloaded

Thunderbird is downloading 1 Msg each time instead of downloading all messages at once

Hi, I have used Thunderbird myself and decided to remove it due to limitations. From my experience I
would give it a couple of days and see if there is a problem with the mail server before trying a fix.
It seems that T. may be limited to 4 gig of mail for the inbox, or at least that is, from previous history.
Those who had a similiar problem. T. reported that the Inbox was full were directed to copy all
all their email into a Temp folder and then re-index their email by deleting the Inbox. I caution you on
doing this because when you do this you could lose all your email.

Inbox won't hold any more messages. I deleted


Try creating new folders to move the messages to. I use a folder system for all emails and have never had a full message. I send and receive over a thousand a month.

Now-a-days the storage space of an email provider is so huge that you can access them using any PC with internet unless you have deleted from the server. If so transfer all emails to a separate HDD, load your new OS and transfer the data back......................sodeep

do you download yahoo mail to a client like Outlook express, Eudora, or Thunderbird? - otherwise, it could be a database problem at yahoo mail's end. you might want to contact their customer service/support and ask them to investigate further.

Can't delete anything from Outlook Express


try to highlight the email you want to delete and press shift+delete this will permanently delete the email.

If this solution works that means your trash folder is already corrupted.

You might want to use different email client like Eudora, MS Office Outlook, Thunderbird.
