Toget proper heat, keep your temp setting at 30+ degree and also mode in "heat"position. If still no heat, check your heating sensor for closed circuit by anOHMs metre. It it's with RV, check power to RV.
Please check for loose wiring and rectify, as your cleaning with air compressor would make chances for that.

Do you know how to test the fans on a GE Double Wall Oven (Model # JKP45W0P2WG) to see if they are working? I am wanting to make sure they are working prior to running a self-cleaning cycle. Thanks!

Some models the cooling fans come on when you start the oven. In some models the cooling fans comes on only when the control compartment reaches a certain temperature. In this case there is a reverse thermostat. It will close for the fan circuit when it reaches the temperature thus starting the cooling fan.

Heater blows cold

ok if it is a reverce cycle airconditioner theres either a problem with reversing valve, gas has leaked out, compressor is blown or a possibe pc board depending on make/model/age of the unit.

if it is a gas heater it could be a possibility its the solenoid valve that controls the gas flow,

Laptop shut down on its own

Classic case of overheating.

Turn over notebook and remove bottom covers. clean out heatsinks near the fan.

The fan usually looks very clean, but look inside the fan housing and you'll probably find a blanket of lint/dust completely blocking the air passageways (even if they look clean from the outside).

If you remove the heatsink off the chips make sure you put on new thermal paste.

Some models it is very easy to get to the fans, others you have to fully disassemble the notebook

You could also try cleaning it out from the outside with an aircompressor, just leave it off for a day in case the is any moisture in the aircompressor lines. This may fix it but if its really clogged, you will need to open the unit and manually clean it.
