the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

When trying to login to facebook, after entering my user ID and password and clicking log in, it redirects me to another login page instead of logging me in. I am running IE 9 with Nortons 360

Sounds like you are being directed to a Phishing site due to a virus or malware; do a virus/malware scan on your PC. Also, try going to https://www.facebook.com, which is the secure version; and shouldn't allow a redirect if you do not have malware.

I dont want faceboook on our computer how do i get it off our computer

Facebook isn't on your computer, it's on the internet!

you can use NetDog or something similar : http://www.netdogsoft.com - never used it myself though

or you can edit your HOSTS file to redirect the browser to your pc or another website instead of facebook

1.Go to your HOSTS file which is located at:
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\DRIVERS\ETC for windows Vista and XP
C:\WINNT\SYSTEM32\DRIVERS\ETC for Windows 2k
C:\WINDOWS for Windows 98 and ME

2. Open it in notepad and add something like this to the end of the file

127.0.0.1 www.facebook.com
127.0.0.1 facebook.com

and save the file. This should stop your pc from accessing the site, by redirecting your browser to your pc, which doesn't have the required pages and will therefore say something like 'page can't be displayed'

3. Restart the pc to allow the changes to take effect.

After entering my email and password, I am directed to Freeze.com. Cannot logon to my facebook account. FRUSTRATED.

Hello,
Try doing the following:
1. Check if you can login to your facebook account on a different computer.
2. Clear cookies and temporary internet files from your browser under "Internet Options".
3. Try to login once again and hopefully it will not redirect you to another website.

Rate if this solution was helpful.

Thanks

Run a good malware program on your computer - I suggest malwarebytes by malware or combofix from bleeping computer. this should get rid of the re-director that is in your computer.

Whenever I try to log into face book the address says http://watchhousemdepisode.com followed by login address and I cannot login

Your computer has been hacked, you need to remove virus or malware which is redirecting your browser to the wrong place.

Www.facebook.com redirects to Microsoft Site

That is the default site for facebook. Facebook automatically redirects you to that directory of their site.

When I try logging on to FB it goes to ask.com What's the problem.

Sorry to hear that davedogg1967, appears that other people is having the some similar issues, so maybe (I'm not sure about it) facebook website may have problems.

If you are able to login into your account from another computer, it's a good idea to check you computer for viruses and other badware. If you don't have a antivirus, run MRT (microsoft removal tool) or windows defender (can be downloaded from microsoft website). Some badware redirects the traffic from your computer to other websites.

I hope you good luck!

Sorry to hear that da15, appears that your computer got some virus or other kind of badware.

If you are able to login into your account from another computer, it's a good idea to check you computer for viruses. If you don't have a anti-virus, run MRT (microsoft removal tool) or windows defender (can be downloaded from microsoft website).

As soon you get your computer clean, change your passwords just to be sure your account doesn't get compromised.

I hope you good luck!
