Nexedge uses 4-level FSK modulation that cannot be monitored on any scanner. For more information on the Nexedge system, visit:

How do i program 404 scanner to pick up cell phone frequencies

it wouldn't matter if you could, (scanners have these frequencies blocked out) as these are digitally encoded signals that run on proprietary spread spectrum systems that scanners cant decode

How can i install a police scaner aplication on palm trewo800

Police radios use a specific radio frequency. It is not possible for your Palm Treo to listen in to this frequency without specialized hardware to pick it up. Also the legality of police scanners varies by state and city, so please check the legality of these items first.

Will the Nexedge be decode by Pro-2096 so I can listen to them?

No. Nexedge is a Kenwood digital system that utilizes a different protocol that the more common APCO system, and there are currently no scanners capable of monitoring Nexedge transmissions. You can find more information on the Nexedge system here:

How canifixmyscanner,it scansbut doesnt pick up program stations

You didn't provide the make or model of your scanner, or any real specifics on your problem, but your first step is to make sure that you've programmed active frequencies into it. For a comprehensive database of active frequencies in your area, and a lot of other useful scanning information, visit:
www.RadioReference.com

For a functional check, you should first program and scan NOAA weather frequencies to verify whether or not the scanner is working properly. Many scanners have a WEATHER or WX band function that will let you check the NOAA broadcasts without any programming. If your scanner does not pick up the weather broadcasts you may have an antenna problem or an electronic problem that will require professional repair.

How can i get my pro 164 to pick up digital broadcast frequencies

Sorry, but your PRO-164 is an analog-only scanner. There's nothing you can do to or with it to receive and listen to digital transmissions. If digital systems are in use in your area you'll need a digital (APCO-25) equipped scanner to listen in to them.

Cant get any channels to pick up

I recommend that you first scan the weather band to make sure that the scanner is working properly. You should be able to pick up one of the NOAA broadcast frequencies just about anywhere in the USA. No reception? Your scanner probably needs professional repair. If you receive weather broadcasts, make sure that you have active frequencies for your area programmed into the scanner. You can find a comprehensive database of active frequencies, and a lot of other useful scanning information by visiting:
www.RadioReference.com

Need the manual for your scanner? You can download and print it, at no cost, here:

How to pickup radio cellular signals from my bearcat bc350a

Even if your radio did cover those frequencies, it wouldn't do any good anymore as 99% of all cellphone calls are digital and cannot be decoded, (besides being against the law to listen in the USA)
