Switch on your bluetooth or try to check your bluetooth settings and your must aslo within the range of 10 to 30 meters radius away from the other bluetooth devices.

about the mms, try to call your operator's customers service if your mms is already active. some operators would require you to activate your mms.

call them its free...

My LG KE500 wont send photos to other mobiles - can you help

This depends on how you are attempting to send the files.
If you're using a bluetooth connection, be sure that both phones have a compatable bluetooth driver installed and turned on. Try pairing the phones first through the bluetooth menu on both phones, and secure the connection with a pin code.

If you're attempting to use MMS to send the pictures, be sure that both your phone AND the receiver's phone have a valid MMS package set up with their carrier. Check your MMS settings on your phone as well, making sure to set it up correctly (refer to your user manual or call your carrier to assist you)

If you're still having an issue, call your carrier, they will help

I cant receive picture

Hello there!

If you are receiving pictures via Bluetooth, you have to turn on your Bluetooth and pair it to another device. If you are receiving pictures via MMS, you have to configure and activate your MMS settings by contacting your Network Provider.

Can't send videos through messaging.

The only way you can get the proper settings of your phone to send mms contents is by contacting or calling the phone service provider and ask them for the activation and settings for your phone in sending mms content like videos or pictures. Bluetooth is available only is sending files on both bluetooth ready devices in a one place.

MMS SETTINGS IN LG KS20 MOBILE

What mobile carrier do you use? Depending on the mobile carrier, the access settings are a little different.

The link I'm posting here is for T-Mobile. The basic steps will be the same, but the MMSC URL and MMS Proxy & Port would be different depending on which carrier you're using.
