Question about Sharp Aquos LC-46D62U 46 in. LCD HDTV
To select the picture to adjust to your taste, you jhave to switch off the [OPC], function first, if it is switeched to "ON".
To do this
 Press MENU button to display MENU on the screen and then press RIGHT or LEFT button to select "Picture".
 Press "UP" or "DOWN" button to select "OPC"
 Press "right" or "left" button to seelct "ON" or "ON: DISPLAY".
When it is off:_ The backlight is fixed at the value set in "Backlight".
When it is "ON" :_ Automatically adjusts backlight.
When it is "ON:Display" : Displays the OPC effect on the screen while adjusting the brightness of the screen.
After setting "OPC" to off position, you can adjust the picture according to your taste.
 Press "Menu" button to display "Menu" on the screen.
 Press the "right arrow or left arrow" to select picture.
 Press "up arrow or down arrow" to select the specific adjustment item.
 Press "right arrow or left arrow" to adjust the parameters of the desired item.
 Press "MENU" to exit.
For resetting picture adjustment items to Factory settings, press "up or down" arrows to select "RESET" and press enter. Then press 'Right of Left" arrow button to seelct "Yes", and then press 'ENTER".
Select "Advanced" and then press "Enter" to set "Colour Temperature", "Black", "fine Motion Advanced","3D-Y/C", "Monochrome", "Film mode", or "range of OPC [if OPC is used].
Adjust "Tint" to get better skin tones.
