    Hello
I've given these instructions from the user manual of your TV itself. If it does not allows you to go to its menu, there must be some firmware corruption. You just go to its manual and try to make it reset and try the above processes. Resetting will maked all your V-Chip adjustments out, and you have to reset it after. OK

What is the OPC light?

OPC_ Optical Picture Control
Automatically adjust the brightness of the screen.
You can change the settings in the menu option.
It's in Menu, then picture, then OPC.

OFF- The brightness is fixed at the value set in "Backlight"

ON- Automatically adjusts

ON: DISPLAY- Displays the OPC effect on the screen while adjusting the brightness of the screen.

If you don't want the silly display from popping up all the time, go into to menu and change the setting to ON; instead of ON: DISPLAY

Vizio picture

It looks like your picture is zoomed, that control should be on your remote. Or change your picture ratio. Tints are all messed up. I would bring everything back down to black and white and start adjusting back up. To do this you have to be in picture mode custom (your pic shows your in standard mode). Everything else is preset for you. Go into all your settings and make adjustments. I also own a Vizio. It took me several attempts to adjust the picture to my liking.

No picture, only colored vertical lines

Settings. It sounds like the convergence. It needs to be adjusted. Have had this problem before. A lot of people actually throw there TVA away because they have this problem and they think its broken, when its usually just a simple fix of adjusting the convergence. You have to make sure the little box, on the convergence settings is in the middle. Hope it fixes ur problem. :)

did u mean to adjust the picture setting then go for the following
1 press menu on the remote
2. using down arrow select picture quality and press ok. available options in picture quality and its use is listed below. you can use it according to your preference.

of the picture.

Zenith TV has me seeing red.

The red gun in the picture tube itself is shorted on. You will have to replace the picture tube itself to fix the problem. Probably want to just buy a new set. Sorry!

I had the same problem. I fixed it by "resetting all settings" in the Picture Adjust menu.

1)Press Menu
2)Right arrow a couple times to select the Picture Adjust menu (icon looks like a gear)
3)Down arrow to select "Reset All Settings" at the bottom of the list
4)Right arrow to tell it to do the reset

Voila!  It fixed my tv.  I hope this helps you.
