Question about Tablets & eReaders
Security fingerprint files are corrupted. I can get in with my password, and the certification password, but I cannot locate/access the fingerprint security files to update them. I am running XP on the C: partition and it works fine, but Vista on the E: partition has the problem.
A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

Lost user password in XP with
networking set-up on HP
The best way to do this is using the
Offline NT Password & Registry editor.
You can download it at the following link: http://pogostick.net/~pnh/ntpasswd/
This utility will enable you to reset the password of any user that has a valid (local) account on your Windows NT/2k/XP/Vista etc. system.
The link above includes some directions on how to use this utility.
Hope that helps.
