Your printer HP 3050 has problem of door open the printer had 3 or 5 senser in which one senser is not working so the message comes on screen

please check on the top cover, front side cover or if the printer has duplexer (at the back) check that too, open them up and close again, make sure you hear the snap sound. here is the link for that printer too, look for manual guide, you can get it here for free or if you're in the USA, contact 800-HP invent for technical support:
