Normally, a brand new phone comes with what they called "DATA CABLE". The Data Cable can be plugged into a USB Port. All you need to do is plug the DATA Cable into your computers USB port then plug the phone to the other end. If nothing pops up try to open "MY COMPUTER" for windows XP "COMPUTER" for vista and windows 7. For XP, just open the new drive (most of the time it has your phone model number) then browse through folders till you see your pictures. Then just Copy and Paste it to your Hard Drive. For Vista or Windows 7, after you open the "COMPUTER", you will see the drives on the left side panel. Just click the new drive and that is your phone then browse through the folders till you see your pictures then Copy and Paste it to your hard drive.
