mine leaked all over the floor initially and intermittently after purchasing a used 690. special black plastic drip pan is essential to catch the defrost cycle drainage. also subzero designed a heater tube to help evaporate excess water.

Do you have the drip pan in place underneath? If yes, does it have a crack in it?

The sudden puddle could be caused each defrost cycle.

you could try to run some vinegar through the machine and it may clear the tubes. you will need a few runs of water through after to clear the machine though.

Water in the door continues to drip after use

The water lines if not tight in their connections can pull in air which creates extra pressure in the lines and pushes the water out slowly till the pressure levels out. The first thing I do to try and find the problem spot is use my thumb to block the water spout while pushing in the dispenser paddle to create extra pressure in the line and see if water comes out anywhere in the lines. Keep a towel handy cause after your push the paddle for a few seconds you will feel the water pressure under your thumb build and when your thumb cant take it any longer or your done testing that water is going to come out. Not a lot but enough for a towel. If no water comes out unfortunatley you will have to follow each water line and look at every connection point in the water valve, and at the bottom of the freezer door. I will even pull the lines out of the conection and cut a small piece of the line off clean before putting the line back in to improve the connection. Hopefully this helps.

Water leaks from below the fridge a couple times a day?

There are several sources of water from within your refrigerator. The most likely source for the frequency you are experiencing, "couple of times a day", is the defrost system.

When your refrigerator defrosts, a heater that surrounds the evaporator piping behind the freezer back wall comes on which melts the frost on the coils causing the water to run into a drain below the evaporator. This drain can clog up with foreign particles accumulating in the drain. The clogging can cause the drain to spill over into the floor of the freezer and run out the door along the bottom of the freezer door through the door seal. This will usually leave an ice sheet on the floor of the freezer. If you do not have an ice sheet...the drain is not clogged.

The second method by which water ends up on the floor is a broken pan beneath the refrigerator intended to catch the water as it leaves the drain in the freezer. To test this, use a turkey baster and pump water into the freezer drain at the rear bottom of the freezer behind the wall using the holes in the wall. Watch under the refrigerator to see where the water ends up.

Performing these actions will lead you to the solution.

The drain is clogged up. Check the clear plastic line that goes from the back to the drip pan on the bottom of the unit.

Ice forming bottom of freezer leaking out the door

It is acutually a collector pan for the drain hose. When the refrigerator runs a defrost cycle (about every couple days), that pan collects the water from the ice that is melted and drains it through a hose inside the unit, to a pan under the unit. You will have to pull the back panel off the back of the freezer and melt it with either hot water or a hot blowdryer. Do it until you see the water draining freely into the bottom pan.

Bottom of freezer has water dripping into it

A bad freezer door seal causes condensation that freezes at the bottom of the unit. I realize you said the drip pan was full of ice, but if the drain is clogged, that will happen. If that unit has the pan at the very bottom, condensation can also contribute to this.

Dripping water dispencer

Dripping problem is from 2 sources.  Faulty water valve or faulty water connector behind refrigerator.  If the dripping is constant and doesn't seem to end, then it's a faulty water valve.  If the dripping stops after awhile, then the water connector is allowing air into the water line causing the dripping.  Have that connection checked to make sure that it's securely in place.
