Seems like your controller is not working. Try to change its batteries.
With new batteries try the following:
1. Turn the controller ON. Wait until green light stops blinking.
2. Turn the helicopter ON.
3. Give it throttle few times until it starts working.
Sometimes controller can still work even if has a blinking light. But these cases are very rare.

Very important with these motors and the batteries is a solid 5-10 minute rest after charging and after flying. Make sure the shaft is fully seated. Push it down firmly (but gently) both above and below bottom rotor.
Let me know if this doesn't help.

SOURCE: After 3 weeks of perfect
Mine is doing the same - after a closer inspection, I found two tiny plastic pins broken. The pins are on the inner shaft and hard to see because they are normally on the inside of "picture frame" that holds the upper blades.
These pins do two things:
1) They provide the turning torque on the upper blades
2) They hold the upper blades at the correct height on the shaft relative to the balance bar
Without the pins in place, the blades are being turned by the tiny linkages to the balance bar, with the result that the angle and height are incorrect. This is an unbalanced gyro, resulting in the toilet bowl effect (very aptly named!)
