Question about PC Desktops

Need to uninstall m older version of QBP 2004 that I a not using. Currently Using istalled program QuickBooksPro 2006. Need the extra space. Error says An installation support file temp\{2B02F82ea9ba458c-86e5-3da8cOde8471}\FlashPremierConvertible5.exe Says: "Could not be installed" when I actually had requested removal through ADD/REMOVE.

    This is not going to be a solution that I need to pay for - do I have to pay again everytime I redo the problem? It was asking me to make a decision on your service again when I tried to clairy my problem.

Cancel the installation and then reinstall it sir

    what i would suggest you is

    remove the old version of 2004 and the new version 2006

    and then go to the installed folder and remove all the unused files.

    now again reinstall the new version again

    this will give a clean installation.

I have uninstalled bablyon but it keeps coming back as a toolbar

have if dont need any of them you can disable or remove them

Update of avg softwears


Older versions of AVG won't update anymore. What you should do is uninstall your old version and download the latest version.

The firefox issue may be solved by uninstalling firefox. You could also try to download a newer version of firefox and install it.

You may set Internet Explorer as your default browser by starting it and choosing 'internet options' from the 'extra' menu. At the 'programs' tab there should be a possibility to set Internet Explorer as standard browser.

it's an odd solution but it does work.... you have to reinstall avg 8.... then uninstall it.

Need to remove norton security


  1. Please download and save SymNRT.exe to your desktop.
  2. Close all programs and double click on the tool.
  3. Follow the on-screen instructions.
  4. Restart the computer if asked.
  5. Then delete the SymNRT.exe tool from your desktop.
  6. Open the Program Files folder on your local disk ( normally C: )
  7. Find and delete the following folders (if present):
    • Norton AntiVirus
    • Norton Internet Security
    • Norton SystemWorks
    • Norton Personal Firewall

Please help me clean out my memory so my pc runs faster


Format your harddrive (using your Operating Systems installation disk on boot), reinstall your Operating System, and upgrade your RAM if less than 512MB.
