Hi

Take the old transformer with you. Go to Grainger Supply they have branch's every were. Go to there web to find the one near you. The other option would be a Leslie's Pool Supply. They will have to order it for you. They get parts like that from the local pool parts wholesale house. The wholesale won't sell to you. You can go to the supplier and try to talk to one of the pool guys going in and he might pick it up and sell to you in the parking lot. I problly have one or two home owners approach me when I'm picking up parts.

That your options Grainger is the best bet and it my be cheaper because it not a "pool part"

Good luck

Purex Triton MiniMax Plus 400 power light is not turning on nor is unit. Checked for power going to unit and no fuses appear to be blown. Thoughts on what might be the issue? Thanks, Dan

if you have incoming power, you may have a bad transformer. those systems run on 24-28v. you can check from yellow wire to yellow wire coming off the transformer to see if you have anything coming out. must check wires coming out of the transformer to each other, it won't register if you check each one individually to ground. hope this helps...

I have a minimax nt std model 250 DV and I need a blower w/gasket where can I get on online.

We have this part number in stock and ready for shipping. (MANUFACTURER NUMBER: 472362) They range in price online from $399-$459.00 but since you are a FIX YA member, we offer a special discount to you. Your cost, from us, is $379.00 plus shipping. We have 2 in stock but expect there to be a pretty good run on replacement parts with the freezing across the country. Comes complete with Gasket.

If you want to search elsewhere, just put the part number in your search bar. You can reach us at: info@wefixuglypools.com or by calling 602-714-3880. uglypoolguy_0.jpg

My mini max NT 400 shows it is not getting power. Nothing on the display is lit. Not sure where to start, any help is appreciated. Thanks

Start at the begining, make sure you have power going to the heater and check to see if it is 110 or 220v. If you have power and it is correct the next stop is your transformer and how it it wired. You should have a diagram inside the main power junction box for the heater. If you have good power in to the transformer and 24v coming out it will be in your safty circut. Roll out switch and pressure switch are good places to start. The main power or transformer are probally where you should look.

The 24v transformer died in my Pentair MiniMax NT. How do i get a replacement? It is a Bestwill Model BC091802 Thanks, Patrick

To replace the dead transformer use a Packard Inc. transformer part number PF42440. This should be available at most heating/ AC companies and if this model is not available cross reference it to a model they sell. The installation is simply install the connectors from the heater, mount it, and plug it in. The installation took about ten minutes and the unit works fine with this transformer. There is nothing special about the Minimax transformer and the cost was $15.00 for the replacement unit.

No power, display lights nothing seems to light up, not sure, there is power in the unit though?

Check power into and out of the transformer. You should have either 115 or 230 VAC in and 24 VAC out. If no power out but power in, replace the transformer. If no power in look for tripped GFI, breaker, etc.
