Question about Sony UP-CX1 Thermal Photo Printer
Usually when prints dont come right they are mostly as a result of adjustments and alignments on the documents to be printed. Although atimes the problem could be from the paper which is put in for printing not being the same size with what the printer is expecting to print on.
What you should do is check the alignment of the document to be printed on the 4 x 6 if it is aligned with the 4 x 6 as in the sizing are equal. Then also check the settings when you are about to print to ensure that the settings are intact.
Also try to view a print preview before printing this will help more. And while the print preview displays you can always set the paper type and how you want it printed.
Hope this solution has been helpful??
