the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

SOURCE: Got my son a RIPTUNES

Look inside the port where you put the USB cable. Bet you $100 the pins are all smashed. I'm looking this same thing up as I type this, and that's my issue. LoL, I considered roughly 8 other possibilities; shorted/cut cable, old battery, non-supported charge stations etc. and wouldn't you know, I go to look REALLY close at the cable-end and port to see if they line up precisely (lots of cables look 99% similar. ie. PS3 cable, camera cables, printer cables...you know, that shape that looks like a trapezoid and a square smashed together?) and that's when I noticed the gold pins were smashed on the bottom. I'd like to say he's an irresponsible 8 year old, but did I properly train him in connecting and/or charging it? Hmm...

Riptunes mp 1874R won't charge

Mine wouldn't charge and it Was New out of the box .
as It Turns out My Laptops USB port looses power when the computer goes into Power saving mode which was set to go into a low power state to conserve its Batteries when not in use , That was preventing it from charging fully when It was plugged in and I was away from my computer.

Ok I bought a riptunes mp3 player for my daughter for Christmas. I read the instruction manual 3 times and nowhere does it mention how to download music from itunes or the computer anywhere. I purchased...

I Tunes is only for Ipods, they use an ACC format to play
Most other MP3 players use Windows Media Player (WMVor WMA) format or other format to play their music and videos on their players.
You can convert the I Tunes (ACC format) songs and videos to WMA/WMV or other formats by using a "Format Converter"
You can download a free format converter at: http://www.formatoz.com/
After you get the songs, videos converted, download them to Windows Media Player, plug in your MP3 player and it will be recognized by the Windows Media Player and then transfer your songs to your player.
You should be good to go.

I threw away the instructions on how to download songs onto a Riptunes MP3 player, and now I need instructions on how to download my songs from my laptop. I have everything I need like all of the necessary...

All I did with mine was created a playlist on Windows Media Player and then plugged in my Riptunes (same model) using the cable that came with the MP3. After the Icon comes up that says your MP3 is on your drive (just the box that shows that you can play from your Media player)- go back into Media Player and press sync. It'll show it moving your music in the right hand corner. When it's done, it'll tell you that you can remove your MP3. You should be good to listen to your music at that point :)
