Hi,
Need to read out error code.
Let green light blink and wait till is stops then press and hold Device and Menu buttons on tv front for 5-6 seconds to activate error code read process.
Now count light blinks, it will blink in two patterns then stop and this will repeat 5 times.
Light will blink for example 2 times then 4 times, stop, again 2 times then 4 times and stop. here error code would be 2-4
Let me know how many times that light blinks to find out possible cause of problem.
Do you have service manual of tv?
Thanks.

OK, it seems power supply issue that is not proper to boot up tv.
You should have service manual copy to test power supply output volts and troublshoot as mentioned in service manual.
Let me know to upload copy for you if that helps.

First up we are gonna have to figure out if the blinking LED sequence is triggered by the convergence circuit. Did you try the error code operational check? If yes then please let me know whats the error code so that I can tell you whats the source of the problem.

have you properly installed the back cover plate for the DM module, which has (apparently critical!) grounding straps essential to the proper functioning of the DM module - the DM might not be getting proper grounding. check it.....& let us know here..

Hi and welcome to FixYa,

Appreciate the direct "Ask Me". My compliments on accomplishing the replacement of the 4 1000 uF/16V capacitors on the DM board.

To your concern, the blinking is still there even after having replaced the caps, a friendly reminder, the capacitors are polarized, there are specific +/-. Additionally, you may have to check the pico fuses. They would be on the backside of the DM board and would be very close near to the solder points of the 4 caps. They are marked FB900, FB901 and FB902. Rating would be 125V 4amp. Possible source maybe here.

Just a start, do postback how things turned up or should you need additional information. Good luck and Thank you for using FixYa.

Constant green blinking light Mitsubishi tv WS-65513

A quick fix for this is to use a hair dryer to heat up the capacitors and then plug the tv back in.  It should only take about 90-120 seconds to heat them up depending on how hot the dryer is.  The cap's are located on the right side.  Take the front cover off the TV, and heat up the box that is about the size of a small cable box on the right side.  Once the cap's are warm, they will stay warm as long as the TV stays plugged in.
Scott out

The set is trying to tell you somthing by blinking this light. And the bad news is that it's sayiny the DM board is not booting up, there are several problems that might cuase this all from bad capacitors to a shorted diode or a compleatly replacing the DM board. but all these are not for the weakend tv tech this one has to go into the shop
