Question about Samsung S8300 Ultra Touch platinium-red Cell Phone
You can reset the phone back to original by going to the menu, then you select the settings, from settings, scroll to reset phone, it will bring up a page asking if you want to reset the phone and another option, then you select reset phone, it will show you a message that all files on the phone will be reset back to the original way it was when you first bought the phone. Select okay/Yes as the message applies, then you it might prompt you to enter the security code, enter the phones security code and it will be reset to the way it was when you first bought it. Some phones do not require a password to do that.
If you do not have the security code for the phone. You will have to flash the phone with the appropriate software and USB cable for the phone. You will have to connect the phone to a computer that has the software to do that and if you do not have the software, then you will have to get a friend that has the software and cable to help you flash the phone. Those are the 2 ways you can get your phone reseted to the original way it was when you first bought it.
