If possible, please do more than just "disable" your firewall. stop it and close it out all together and try again.
worst case scenario. you can go to the link below and use the microsoft updater to get all of your updates. If completely turning off your firewall does not work i would recommend doing this at least once since it should give you the latest updates for your system and may potentially fix the problem without any further intervention on your part.

The microsoft updater is actually a good tool to use anyways since it will give you the latest updates to all of your microsoft programs.
