Question about GE GSS25LGM Side by Side Refrigerator
Could be several items.... 1st you want to make sure you have a good filter in the unit if you havent changed in a while could be a problem... 2nd alot of the g.e. models have dual water valves and it could be the water valve solenoid is bad... if you have mechanical capability you can go to rear of unit and disconnect the line going to dispenser and hold a cup at valve and have someone depress the dispenser .... if you are getting water there that eliminates the valve and the actual dispenser switch ...if you are not getting nothing will need to test for 120 volts ac current and make sure the valve is getting power when you hit the dispenser lever. if no power the problem is going to ne the actual dispenser switch ... hope this helps service tech 18 years
