I have my pc hooked via 1/8" to 1/4' to my europower pmp518m and my sound is very low, but my mics are very loud (need music loud also)

The 1/8 jackon the PC is Stereo so you would need a stereo splitter to then go into separate jacks or maybe tape input on the PMP. Plugging in a mono jack shorts out one side of the PC audio out. Make sure you use a splitter type and NOT a 1/8 to 1/4 stereo cable. It must split into TWO cablles to plug into the PMP.

I don't know how to hook my computer mouse and my key board up?

Since you didn't mention the keyboard or mouse connector type, i can't figure out what exactly mean, but if they are ps2 type connectors, then take a look at the picture below; and follow simple instructions..fc95c5b.jpg
Connect/plug in your mouse on the Green port with the corresponding connectors (pins) and connect/plug in your Keyboard on the Purpe port.
I hope this helps..
Good luck.
Thanks for using FixYa.

I need to hook speakers up to my Dell B110 computer.

2 things are needed to get sound from your speakers:

1-wiring connecting your speakers to a socket to the back of the computer. (The spot they need to plug in to ON YOUR COMPUTER is a small light green circular socket. The other end of the plug you plug in here should run to one of your speakers *usually the right side speaker-the right speaker should then have separate wiring to connect the left speaker.)

2- A source of power.
Some speakers use their own power source and plug in to a power outlet - your wall. Other types have a USB type plug and plug into a USB port in your computer and that is how THOSE get their power.

Those are the basics of sound setup. Some computers are equipped with more complicated setups such as surround sound, subwoofers, digital and more. Reply if you need more help, I will try to assist you further.

Hope this helps.

How do you change a LAN port on a Systemax Venture B805 pc

This is a very unusual request. Most ethernet connections are the same type of plug. It should look like a large rectangular telephone type hook-up. Yuo cannot change this plug outlet.

Security camera hook up

There are several types of hook-up that will allow you to use your surveillance camera with your pc. If you have Windows XP or Windows 2000 you can use Belkins Video Bus II which will allow you to plug your RCA Jacks into it's RCA jacks then plug Belkins USB connection into your computer depending on your software that comes with your camera equipment will depend on the quality of sound you will get. The Belkin Video Bus II comes with a cd with the drivers required. This device ( Belkin's Video Bus II ) will not work with Windows Vista!!! There are probably several other devices that will allow you to do a hook up but, the price will vary between 40.00 for Belkin to well over 150.00 for others. Check with Circuit City / Best Buy / Compusa. etc....

Connecting a router so I can use a second desktop pc

In addition to a wireless router you will need a wireless reciever for each PC you wish to have working simultaneously (assuming the PC does not already have a wireless networking capability) .

The wireless receiver is usually a USB or laptop PC slot device which you plug in to the PC and after installation of the necessary software (usually supplied with the device) you can surf wirelessly. The USB type wireless devices are about GB£20 to buy .

Needing to hook up my scanner

You are going to need a 25 way cable a "Printer" type cable, A Male to Male, BUT with ALL 25 pins wired thru pin To Pin. This plugs straight into the "Printer" port. These machines often have a "Pass Through" port on them so ya can also connect to a Printer, however if ya printer is USB then it's NOT used. I found drivers below. http://www.opendrivers.com/ driver/211491/ umax-scanner-astra-1220p- vistascan-3.55-parallelport-free-download.html
