Help please. Gr-d375U to transfer video onto the computer I hear we need a firwire thing.....the video camera came with two cords. One the USb abd the other is black...not sure what it is....is this the fire wire????? I can't seem to get it to work for me....my computer pulls up a malfunction blah blah non recognized thing. What the **** am I doing wrong here? If I need a firw wire where do I go to get one and why the **** would they not just include it with the camera??? sorry for my constant ramble I am super annoyed with this thing.
