WE ARE GETTING a video snapshot error - Cameras

Skype is a free software program that allows you to make phone calls through the computer. It also lets you text chat and place video calls. Since Skype is designed for use with web cams, it has the capacity to take snapshots both of you and of the person to whom you are talking in a video call. Plug your web cam into your computer and make sure it is on, open Skype, click on the "Skype" menu, select "Change your picture," and then click "Take Video Snapshot." After that, you can decide whether you want to keep the picture or trash it. Use this option if you want a picture that people can see in Skype almost immediately and don't want to bother with downloading or uploading anything. b>

At first, I tried every way to get this fixed. I even contacted tech support who said they couldn't "re-enact" the error I was getting.

Then, (LOL) they requested I send a snapshot of the email screen through the email account I couldn't even get into. (A lot of help they were - NOT.)

Then, I just happened to change my password and this worked.

you can use snapshot from several video software like Nero. I used CyberLink PowerDirector. You can snapshot any time from the video and save it as image in your pc.

if the cam software doesn't show capture the try print screen and past in any photo editing software and cut!! or else use movie maker or else download a capture software like snagit: http://www.techsmith.com/

It will save to PC or Laptop at the time of playback using snapshot through USB cable

Can you send a snapshot of the error? Are you getting a error code at the top left of the screen?
