There are several audio settings on the system that you can increase the volume from. You have one that is by the lower part of the system, it used to be like a tuning fork, some have theirs by the top of the keyboard by the switch, while some have theirs by the side of the system.
First you need to check the audio settings from your computer, by clicking on the speaker icon that is on the task bar of the system, then you increase it from there. Or you click on the speaker icon on the task bar then click on the mixer, then you increase all the volume you will see in the mixer settings. It will show you the operating systems volume, the systems volume and other sound systems volume on the system.
After doing that, the sound of the operating system will be high.
