I too lost the instructions for my generic 4 button digital watch and had to find the functions by trial and error and the results are below.
Adjust Alarm/Time/Date - Press and hold Mode Button. When alarm displays, release. Start-Stop Button SELECTS, Lap-Reset Button ADJUSTS selection. Pressing the Mode Button again changes from Alarm to Time/Date, ADJUST as above. Pressing it again exits.
Select/Deselect Alarm, Hourly Chime or Both - Press and hold Lap-Reset Button, Start-Stop Button TOGGLES through the above options.
Select 12/24 Hour Mode - Press and hold Lap-Reset Button, Mode Button TOGGLES through the above options.
Select Stopwatch - Momentarily press the Mode Button, use the Start-Stop and Lap-Reset buttons to control.
Display Date - Press Start-Stop Button in normal time
Display Alarm - Press and hold Lap-Reset Button in
normal time display mode.
Cancel Alarm - Press Lap-Reset Button in normal time
display mode to silence alarm.
Hope this is helpful,

OK I'll do my best to describe the procedure...
Press mode button till the seconds window blinks
Press Lap/Reset button once to make minutes blink
Cycle through minutes using Start/Stop Button
Press Lap/Reset button once again to make hours blink
Cycle through hours using Start/Stop Button
(for this part, it's a bit tricky. Hours can be displayed in AM, PM, or 24 hour duration. AM is represented by "A", PM is shown with "P" and 24 hour mode is shown with "H", so keep an eye in the seconds window when setting your hour so you know for sure if you have the right hour)
When your done setting minutes and hours, press mode button again till you get to main screen
A helpful hint is to remember when setting up anything in this watch, mode will cycle through the different screens, lap/reset will change the value of whatever your modifying (AKA minutes/hours) and start/stop scrolls through the different fields.
Hope this helps. Sorry if it's confusing, best I could do.

I think I have the same watch and was just looking here to see if I could find how to stop the alarm going off every hour! However, I think I do know how to change the time: press the mode button three times (the first one brings up something like the stopwatch, the second brings up what may be an alarm time). On the third press you should get the time appearuing with the seconds flashing on the far right of the display. You can then change the second by pressing the"start" button. To change the minutes or hours, oress the "reset" button until they start flashing and use the start button again. pressing the reset button again will bring up the date to change. keep pressing until nothing is flashing any more and poress mode and it should bring you back to the current time. hope you can follow this and it works!
