Hi,
Usually this kind of problem occurs due to leaky/ dried up capacitors in power supply board, let me know model number and brand of your tv to look for more info.
Thanks.

TV taking a long time to initially turn on after it has been setting. The timer light will flash green for about a minute than the set will turn on.

Change the TV Energy Mode to "Fast Power On" in the Set Up menu if the TV takes an excessively long time to power on. The TV Energy Mode could be set to Low Power.

Blinking red lights

Take out all the cables (HDMI,POWER,RCA,etc...) and then plug just the power back in and see if the TV turns on, and make sure when you take the power cable out, take it out from the back of the TV, when you plug it back in it should click.
If the TV powers up then try plugging in your HDMI cables and see if that works.
