Question about Coby MP620 MP3 Player
I had the same problem. Plug the player into your usb on your computer. Bring up "my computer" and find the letter drive of your player. All the existing folders (movie.dir, photo.dir, etc) should show. NOW, while your still in this folder, use your toolbar on the top of your screen to click on "file" and then select "new folder". Carefully type in MUSIC.DIR, click enter and you have now created your own. I did this and it seems to work as it should. It is weird that mine didn't have a music.dir folder either! Good luck!
