Well I'm assuming this is a Dell, since this is in the Dell section. First, try viewing a pic off your hard drive. If you can see that fine, then go on to the next step,if not then the video card or onboard video has a problem. Could be as simple as re-installing the driver for the device. If the pic displayed fine, then I'll assume you're using Internet Explorer 7 or newer. I'd go to www.microsoft.com
& download the latest version of Internet Explorer (8 is newest but 7 is fine for older pc's). You can also try a free browser like Google's Chrome or Firefox & see if that makes a difference. Also, do yourself a favor & download Advanced System Care Free version from www.download.com
. Run the windows maintenence portion & then the system diagnostics, leaving all options stock. It's a one click ,let it run program, nothing to adjust. Finally, under utilities in the same program, install the defrag program, run the internet optimizer, the disk clean up. You can actually run this program before anything else, that's if you can see the writing on the webpage to do so. that program alone fixes 80% of what I run into daily in my business. This problem appears to be software related, so the above reccomendations should help. This applies to all versions of windows.
