your phone must be affected by virus or by any unwanted application.reinstall the phone software.this will remove all the virus presented in the phone that you using.if you are using memory card means,then try to format that memory card too and use it.some times virus may be present in memory stick too.if still having problem after re installing means then there must be hardware problem.then you may go to contact your device dealer
