You must first install the drivers that came with the frame.
Then connect using the supplied usb cable. If the drivers are installed, it should just show up in you windows explorer like any other removable storage would.
You can then drag and drop the pictures you want to copy from your computer to the frame. Or right click on the picture you want to copy and then scroll down to "send to" and click on the removable drive associated with your frame (usually drive e, f, or g depending on your computer configuration).
You may also use the EasyShare software supplied with the product.
The frame does not have very much internal memory and will fill up quickly with high resolution pictures. It may be best to just put your pictures on a usb thumb drive and plug that into the frame. Then turn on the frame and a slide show will start automatically.
