Question about Toshiba Office Equipment & Supplies
This may not be the answer you want, but if you called for service and the tech did not fix the problem, the tech should return without a charge (if there was a fee).
For any service, for a computer, copier, auto or anything, if a service tech does not do his or her job and fix the problem. they need to return to complete the job.
