Tip

HDTV HDMI hookup

Connect a HDMI cable from your source device (cable box, Bluray, satellite receiver) to your HDTV for High Def video and audio. This is the best hookup for HD, even 1080p. For 3D HDTV, make sure to get a high-speed category 2 HDMI cable. Select proper HDMI input on the TV using the remote. HDMI means High Definition Multimedia Interface.
Any newer digital TV (made after 2008) should have at least one HDMI input.

I connect new LG Blu -Ray On my Sony Cineza Projector.but only blue colour on the screen ,what is the problem here?

You might have to change the input or start playing blu-ray disc and then change input via the remote to your projector. Make sure it's HDMI out on blu-ray if choice is given and HDMI in on projector.

I own an InFocus Litepro 570LS. The projector light bulb blinks on and off.....I do not know how many hours are on the buld and the spare buld is burned out....what is a possible fix.

Given that the bulb actually lights up and then goes out you need to check the contacts at the base of the socket to ensure proper contact is consistently made at the base of the bulb. Be sure to unplug the projector prior to inspecting and adjusting.

I've connected my airport extreme by ethernet to my modemrouter Thomson TG585 V7 in bridge mode, as soon as i connect a speedtest on either machine drops by half, disconnect the airport and the tomson...

Simply put, a bridge evenly splits bandwidth, a monitor will, to measure, run upload/download tests by transmitting data which is EXACTLY THE SAME as downloading or uploading data to any other server. Brain engage.

There is blue shadows in the picture, my hitachi cp-rs55 just got a new lamp, but the problem is still there???? How do i solve this problem??

Hi

The problem could be caused by the connection or configuration of your video equipment. Check the following:

  • Make sure your component-to-VGA video cable is properly connected.

  • Select Component Video as the Computer Input setting in the Signal menu.

  • Make sure the connected video equipment is set up to output video to component video.
Hope this helps

NO VIDEO SIGNAL

There is no input yet meaning, it is not yet properly connected to your computer. Check the cable connection. Please make sure that the computer or laptop is already turned on.
