If you have reinstalled Windows on the system and still having a problem then most likely it is a hardware issue. If you can let me know what the stop code in the BSOD that you are getting this will better help me see what is going on. If you arre not sure where it is the link below will help you fine the stop code info that I need.

Hi try re-seating your Ram Chips,possibly Swap them.
