Well i think you are using a wii. If so then you must take the battery cover off the Remote. Then locate a button in the front of the wii next to the sd card slots. There should be a tiny red button. Hold it down for 2 to 3 seconds. Then do the same thing but with the wii remote. In the back of the remote should be a tiny red button in the bottom Left hand corner. hold and they should sync.

2) Have you tried resetting the TV by unplugging it's ac cord ??
