Question about Soyo SY-P4I 845PE ISA (SY-845PEISA) Motherboard
If the 3.2 is a prescott, I would doubt it. This was a board ahead of its time in 2002, and i seem to recall, took the (then) latest P4 3.06 chip. You MIGHT be lucky and the worse that could happen is the board Bios would not recognise the chip, or run it at a lower clock speed
