There is usually a few buttons on the bottom or side of the screen. You push the menu button then one of the other buttons to scroll through the list of options on screen. Should be a vertical position option somewhere. Most of the time they just list options as symbols and not as words so you need a bit of trial and error to work out what each option is. All monitors are different so you have to work out how each one works when you try to change settings.
