Question about Playskool Busy Ball Popper
If you do not have the instruction pamphlet you turn it on then press down on the red lever to activate the fan. If the fan got wet you can try drying it out on low with a hair dryer or as I have done even when my kids have poured Kool-aid down it, which takes one additional step. Rinse then since its winter here I lay it face down over my heat vent overnight. I have done this several times. Each time I have also removed the batteries and used Q-tips to remove all moisture from the battery compartment. Also the fan wont work if the batteries are 1) rechargable and 2) fairly fresh...the first thing that will stop working is the fan to blow the balls when the batteries get down to a certain level of functioning. So maybe try fresh batteries out of the package if any of the above does not apply.
